RESTAURANT GUIDELINES

Check-In Time and Location
- The party will be held in the Entry Plaza and the Beastro Commons
- Restaurant check-in begins at 3 p.m. Breakdown cannot be started until after 10:30 p.m.
Each Participating Restaurant Will Receive
- Two complimentary Zoo Rendezvous tickets ($300 value)
- Listing in event program
- Community exposure, including:
- Mention in Zoo Rendezvous media
- Listing on our website, www.zoorendezvous.com
- Restaurant business card circulation
Utah’s Hogle Zoo Will Provide
- Sign with restaurant name
- Two 3 x 8-foot tables with linens
- Six-inch paper plates, bowls or plastic tumblers
- Cocktail or dinner napkins
- Plastic forks, spoons or knives
Just a few things to keep in mind
- In order to not jeopardize the event and to ensure our continued receipt of a temporary liquor license, only ticketed guests (those not working) are able to partake of alcohol.
- In consideration of our paying guests, we ask that restaurants refrain from tasting other restaurants food until after 9:30 p.m. as the party does not end until 11:00 p.m.
- A copy of the Temporary Event Food Permit (Hogle Zoo will reimburse you for the cost of the permit and permit must be received at least two days prior to event)
