All bids thereafter must be increased in increments of $10 or more.Your bid is a contract. All sales are final. If you are the highest bidder and winner on an auction item, you are obligated to purchase the silent auction item from Utah’s Hogle Zoo.If you are the highest bidder on an item, please proceed to the silent auction checkout area, located in the auction pavilion. Once payment is received, a designated runner will retrieve all of your items for you.Silent auction items may not be removed from the auction pavilion by any bidder at any time.If the final and winning bid does not exceed the previous bid amount by $10 or more, the highest bidder will forfeit his or her right to purchase the item. The next bidder will be allowed to purchase the item if the bid is $10 greater than the previous bid.For winning bidders, the amount that is tax deductible is limited to excess payment over the value of the item. “Priceless” items may be fully deductible.
