2010 Zoo Rendezvous Volunteer Guidelines
Dress code:
- Please dress in the volunteer t-shirt provided to you by Hogle Zoo and black or khaki pants. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes.
Arrival:
- Please arrive on September 9th, between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Check-in will take place at the EdZooCation Station.
- Dinner will be provided in the EdZooCation Station from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
General Guidelines:
- Please make sure you are at your assigned volunteer station by 5:00 p.m
- Eating and drinking at restaurants booths and bars is strictly prohibited.
- Under no circumstances may volunteers consume alcohol.
- Please do not wander from the party area.
- Only bottled water is allowed in the back areas of the Silent Auction. Please do not bring food or other beverages into your work areas.
